Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

These terms apply to the Carolina Hydro Blaster LLC website, customer estimate tools, and private business estimating application. By using these tools, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the tools

The website provides information about exterior-cleaning services and allows customers to request estimates. The private estimating application is provided for authorized Carolina Hydro Blaster personnel to prepare pricing, manage estimate information, and create draft estimates in connected business services.

Estimates and pricing

Address-based calculations and other automatically generated prices are preliminary estimates. Final pricing may change after reviewing the property, measurements, access, exterior materials, additions, garages, buildup, travel distance, requested services, and other job conditions. An estimate is not a guarantee of availability or a binding service agreement until Carolina Hydro Blaster confirms the scope, price, and schedule.

Authorized use

Private application areas may be used only by authorized Carolina Hydro Blaster personnel. Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the tools, misuse customer information, or access data they are not authorized to view.

QuickBooks Online

If an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the private estimating application may create or update customers and draft estimates using information entered into the tool. The user remains responsible for reviewing all customer details, services, prices, taxes, messages, and terms before sending an official estimate. Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms and policies.

License

Carolina Hydro Blaster grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the private estimating application for Carolina Hydro Blaster business operations. No ownership interest in the website, application, brand, content, or software is transferred to the user.

Availability and third-party services

Website features may depend on third-party property data, email, hosting, accounting, and communication services. Availability, accuracy, and response times are not guaranteed. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued when necessary for security, maintenance, provider requirements, or business needs.

Customer communications

Users are responsible for reviewing text messages, emails, and estimates before sending them and for complying with applicable customer-consent and communication requirements. The application does not authorize unrelated or unsolicited marketing.

Disclaimer and limitation

The tools are provided for business convenience and are used at the user's discretion. To the extent permitted by law, Carolina Hydro Blaster is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate third-party property records, user-entered information, service interruptions, or an estimate sent without proper review.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated as the tools or connected services change. Access may be suspended or terminated for unauthorized, harmful, or unlawful use.
