This website is operated by Carolina Hydro Blaster LLC. The quote form sends the information you provide securely to Carolina Hydro Blaster so we can respond to your request.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, service location, project details, and any photos or other information you choose to share.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule services, provide customer support, and maintain normal business records. Carolina Hydro Blaster does not sell personal information.

Quick-estimate property lookup

If you use the quick-estimate tool, the property address is sent to a property-data provider to locate public-record living-area information. Carolina Hydro Blaster may privately retain a valid address entered in the estimator, the date and time, lookup result, and returned public property details for up to 12 months. This information is used for estimator-usage reporting, service follow-up, quality control, and reducing repeat lookups. The calculator does not retrieve or display property-owner information.

Storage and delivery

Quote requests are stored in a private website database. Uploaded photos are kept in private file storage and may be attached to the estimate notification sent to Carolina Hydro Blaster. A business email-delivery provider may process the information needed to send the request and customer confirmation.

QuickBooks Online connection

The private Carolina Hydro Blaster estimating tool may connect to QuickBooks Online only after an authorized QuickBooks administrator approves the connection. When connected, the tool may send customer names, contact information, service addresses, estimate line items, prices, notes, and related business information to QuickBooks to create or update customers and draft estimates.

Authorization credentials used to maintain the connection are kept in protected website storage and are not shown to customers. The connection can be removed from the private estimating tool or from the connected QuickBooks Online account. QuickBooks data is used only to support Carolina Hydro Blaster's estimating, scheduling, customer-service, and accounting workflows.

Website activity measurement

The website records limited first-party activity, such as page visits and clicks to call, request a quote, use the estimator, or visit the Google review profile. A random session identifier is used to count visits and actions. This reporting does not record the text typed into forms, and activity records are retained for up to 12 months.

Service providers

Limited information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, secure data storage, property lookup, business email delivery, and authorized QuickBooks Online integration. Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable privacy terms.

Text and email communication

The contact information you submit may be used to follow up about your estimate or service. Submitting an estimate request does not enroll you in unrelated marketing messages.
